Full-time role with competitive base salary + uncapped commission Company vehicle , gas card, laptop, cell phone Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) & Profit Sharing Paid Holidays & PTO Strong internal promotion culture + additional training programs A high-performance environment built for ambitious, self-driven sales professionals What You Will Do In this Business Development–focused role, you will: Prospect aggressively to expand the commercial client base—using cold calling, targeted outreach, and in-person visits Jumpstart pipelines and generate new construction and renovation opportunities in commercial properties Identify and engage C-Level executives , facility managers, general contractors, property managers, architects, and other key decision-makers Establish, grow, and maintain high-value Key Account relationships Forecast, plan, and streamline sales processes to drive commercial market growth Educate clients on Bath Fitter’s PermaFit solution to help them maximize ROI You’re the type who lives for the hunt , isn’t afraid to knock on doors, and thrives on turning cold leads into long-term partnerships. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Sales, Construction Sales, Proven track record as a hunter —consistently winning new accounts and exceeding KPIs Strong background in cold calling , territory penetration, and developing new markets Understanding of commercial construction , renovation processes, or solution-based selling Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required) About Bath Fitter Bath Fitter is the premier leader in commercial and residential bath renovation, manufacturing and installing premium acrylic bathtubs and seamless wall systems since 1984.
