Continuously reassess treatment plans and goals. Educate and instruct regarding home programs and preventive measures as appropriate to patient, family, and others. Prepare written documentation as required by the profession and the department in a timely manner. Communicate with patient, family, physician, and other healthcare providers regarding patient care. Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Participate in educational programs and in‑services and other meetings as required. Participate on special project teams and other related duties as assigned and requested. Qualifications New graduates encouraged to apply. Bachelor's degree required. Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred. NM License of Physical Therapy required. BLS required at time of hire.
