Nurse Practitioner
The Area An hour north of Columbus, OH! The Group Center Street Health Center provides medical, dental, and supportive health services for individuals and families in our community. We focus on clear communication, respectful care, and affordable options so patients feel confident seeking care close to home.
The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing medical services for the patients of Center Street Community Health Center within the scope of the practice according to the requirements of the Ohio Board of Nursing, written protocol, and ability. The Nurse Practitioner may be directed by the clinical Director to perform other duties in accordance with funding policies, procedures, and protocols. Needing an FNP for a school based program.
*Master of Science Degree in Nursing. *Current License to practice Advanced Nursing in the State of Ohio *DEA Number *Current Basic Life Support training
