Accounting Manager

Responsibilities for this position

As a Bookkeeper, your primary responsibilities are to ensure that bills are paid on time, and transactions are recorded in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include:

• Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Payroll entries and reconciliations

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

• Generate financial reports and assist with month-end close

• Ensure accurate coding of expenses and income

• Support audits and compliance documentation as needed

• Collaborate with management and external vendors

• Prepare financial reports

Qualifications

• Proven experience using QuickBooks (required)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles

• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally

• Strong communication and time-management skills

Salary:

$65,000 annual

Weekly Schedule

8am-5:30pm Monday - Friday
