Senior Analyst, Investments | Industrial Owner/Developer | Chicago We are working with a fast-growing real estate investment firm that is looking for an Analyst to join their fast-paced Investments team, and support growth across a multibillion-dollar portfolio of industrial assets throughout the US. This is a high-visibility position, on a high-visibility team, and requires that the candidate be able to cover due diligence, underwriting, and financial analysis for various commercial real estate transactions - including acquisitions, development, and dispositions. Our client is a firm that continues to raise capital, deploy capital, and outperform its peers year-over-year, and this would be an opportunity to be a part of that growth. Main Responsibilities : Project-level financial modeling and market analysis supporting acquisition and development teams for industrial projects throughout the US Work across the organization to execute due diligence, underwriting, and closing Develop models for structures including partnerships, construction/development transactions, and acquisitions Pipeline management and team reporting Budgeting, business planning, and asset management support Creation of presentation materials for internal and external parties Qualifications : 1-3 years of direct investments experience, ideally in an institutional environment Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or similar from top-tier university Ability to both present in front of the executive team, as well as perform complex financial analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
