RV Sales Associate

Job Overview Camping World seeks a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. The role offers up to 4 weeks of paid training for first-time RV salespeople. It is commission-based with uncapped commissions. Key Responsibilities Promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs. Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk‑through presentations. Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team. Follow up and commit to a no‑pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (required). 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate. Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license. Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information. Valid driver’s license. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices; periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending. Compensation This position is a 100% commission-based role with no soft pack; minimum commissions/flat apply. Estimated variable compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 annually. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine, you receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation. In all other states, the minimum compensation equals an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage if higher.
