What You ll Do

Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care primarily (95%), with some hospital consultations (5%) Manage an average of 22 patient visits per day, including new consults Document patient encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education Support the transition from locum to permanent employment, if desired Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards What You Need

Active Kentucky medical license or eligibility Board certification or eligibility in Hematology & Oncology 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Paducah, KY, specializing in comprehensive cancer care and hematology services.
