Associate Director Program/Project Management Metrics Analytics & Performance (MAP), Hybrid

Associate Director leading project management for metrics and analytics initiatives supporting clinical trial operations. Responsible for overseeing system development, testing, and deployment while managing stakeholder communication and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collect, prioritize, and track user requests for system modifications and bug fixes
- Manage development timelines and resources using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate system testing phases and user acceptance testing activities
- Develop business cases and SDLC documentation with stakeholders and IT partners
- Communicate system changes to process owners, requestors, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8+ years IT project management experience
- System testing knowledge and user training capability
- Quality management and control tools expertise
- Proficiency with reporting tools like Qlik Sense or Power BI
- Leadership experience with strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- 5+ years clinical research/development experience (preferred)
Compensation: $142,400-$224,100 base
