Soliant is currently hiring a Sign Language Interpreter for a school-based contract position near Hilton Head Island, SC for the full 2026-27 school year. This is a rewarding role where you can help facilitate effective communication and inclusivity in an educational setting.

Full-time
37.5 hours per week
August 3, 2026 - May 28, 2027

Job Description:

The Sign Language Interpreter will translate for a deaf and hard-of-hearing student utilizing spoken English and American Sign Language (ASL). Responsibilities may include interpreting parent conferences, IEP meetings, tests, classroom lessons and other school functions.

Qualifications:

Hold a minimum score of 3.5 on the Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA)
Proficiency in American Sign Language interpretation for children and adolescents in educational settings
