Become a part of the "strength within."Hexcel is currently seeking a CNC Operator for our Pottsville, PA, USA location.The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:Operate all NC machines, including Thermwoods.Support all NC's by performing the final inspection of partsLoading/unloading parts and tools and part preparationResponsible for maintaining a safe work environmentMaintain an accurate E-log, 5-S, and housekeeping to customer requirementIndividuals could be asked to operate different machines on their shiftDepartment or area specific expectations will be further defined by supervisor/manage.Individual will support team efforts and product process by performing any operation or tasks deemed necessary by customer requirements, team consensus, and/or supervisor/managerWorks in a team environment to reach consensus decisions within the guidelines and boundaries established by the company, and maintains constructive relationships with co-workersQualifications:High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalentMinimum of six months experience required, preferably in manufacturingBasic working knowledge of computer data entry function preferredMust be able to maintain a quality delegate stamp or attain and retain a quality delegate stampMust follow all safety guidelinesMust be a capable forklift operatorFamiliar with PC computer systemsPossess good organizational and administrative skillsAble to develop audit reports and write non-conforming records as requiredEligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.
