We’re looking for an energetic, passionate Assistant Manager who’s ready to lead by example, deliver amazing guest experiences, and keep the vibes high and the wings hot. Position Overview As the Assistant Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a rockstar team, drive guest satisfaction, and help keep our restaurant running like a well‑oiled machine. Benefits Competitive pay 401(k) Medical, dental, life & disability benefits Career growth in a fast‑growing brand Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily shifts with a focus on execution and guest experience Hire, train, develop, and retain FOH and BOH staff Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports, schedules, and paperwork Maintain proper opening/closing procedures and uphold security standards Oversee cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance Ensure all staff follow uniform and appearance guidelines Guest Satisfaction Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback Drive repeat business by creating memorable guest experiences Enforce and model our company standards at all times Coach, mentor, and develop staff through ongoing feedback and performance reviews Build and maintain a positive and productive team culture Create and manage weekly schedules to ensure proper staffing levels Be present in the dining room, supporting the team and engaging guests What We’re Looking For A fun, driven leader with 2–5 years of restaurant management experience A hands‑on manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and people‑development skills ServSafe and Alcohol Safety Certification (or willing to obtain) Able to lift 50 lbs., be on your feet for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays) Computer proficiency and solid financial acumen Valid driver’s license required #J-18808-Ljbffr Wild Wing Cafe
