Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in running a crew and working with them capable of reading blueprints and doing takeoff installing, HVAC systems in both commercial and residential settings. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commercial units' commercial ducts all systems including residential units

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and installation guides.

• Ensure installations meet local, state, and federal codes.

• Perform system tests to verify proper operation and efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

• Document work completed, including materials used, hours worked, and system performance.

• Provide recommendations to customers for system maintenance and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer both residential and commercial settings.

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC preferred.

• EPA Section 608 Certification (required).

• NATE (North American Technician Excellence) Certification preferred.

• OSHA safety training certification preferred.

• Experience with HVAC controls, refrigeration systems, and electrical wiring.
