VP, Accounting

The VP of Accounting will lead all accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance for the organization. This role oversees month‑end close, GAAP compliance, budgeting support, and internal controls while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and scalable processes. The VP will manage and develop the accounting team, strengthen reporting capabilities, and support long‑term growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations — Lead month‑end close, general ledger, and day‑to‑day accounting activities Financial Reporting — Oversee GAAP‑compliant financial statements and internal reporting Controls & Compliance — Maintain strong internal controls and ensure audit readiness Budgeting Support — Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Process Improvement — Enhance systems, workflows, build & enhance the KPI reporting, and systems improvements Team Leadership — Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team Qualifications CPA strongly preferred 10+ years of accounting experience with leadership experience Strong GAAP knowledge and leadership experience Proven ability to improve processes and build scalable infrastructure #J-18808-Ljbffr Carolina PRG
