Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a master's degree, and CPA or CFA licensure, with a minimum of 10 years' management experience in non-profit higher education and institutional finance. The role requires expertise in financial management, a strong understanding of the higher education regulatory environment, and the ability to build effective teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and operational management, as well as experience in enterprise risk management and business services. A practicing Catholic with a commitment to the teachings of the Church, the Vice President will also be expected to serve as a visible Christian leader, upholding the values of the institution and fostering a culture of partnership and collaboration.
