About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Shared Services, a senior enterprise leader tasked with directing and integrating various functions to ensure exceptional claims performance. This includes setting the strategic vision for data and analytics, special investigations, subrogation, quality, project management, and claims advocacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration, leading teams that impact loss results, customer experience, operational efficiency, financial integrity, and risk mitigation. Essential duties encompass strategic leadership, data and analytics oversight, SIU management, subrogation and risk transfer leadership, claims excellence, project management, and talent development. Candidates for the Vice President, Shared Services role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years' of property and casualty claims experience, with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams. The role requires a deep understanding of P&C claims best practices, including litigation management, fraud detection, and risk transfer. Experience in enterprise partnership with underwriting, legal, IT, actuarial, finance, and distribution is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in budgeting, vendor management, and large-scale operational execution, as well as strong leadership skills to build and develop high-performing teams. Executive-level communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive change and innovation are also key attributes for this position.
