Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Onsite | Bi-weekly rotating schedule including weekdays and weekends. Week One: Sunday, Monday, Friday; Week Two: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday. Weekday shifts are approximately 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday shifts are 12:00 PM–9:00 PM; Weekend shifts are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Approximately 34–35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform screening mammography examinations at a rate of two exams per hour per technologist.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation in accordance with facility protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper positioning throughout all mammography procedures.
• Adhere to established imaging quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of mammography technologist experience required.
• Valid state license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission.
• ARRT certification in Mammography or equivalent credential required.
• Ability to commit to the specified bi-weekly rotating schedule, including required weekend shifts.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify under travel contract terms.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel contract or per-diem experience in a radiology or mammography setting.
• Familiarity with high-volume screening mammography environments.
