Coordinator of Vocational & Employment Services (VES) Williamsville, NY / $60-$64k annually (based on experience) The Arc Erie County NY is looking for a hands-on leader who's ready to take ownership of employment programs, lead a strong team and drive real results in the community. - Lead multiple employment programs across ACCES-VR & OPWDD
- Supervise and elevate a team of managers
- Fix problems, streamline billing, and keep operations moving
- Build new programs and expand services across WNY
- Be visible in the community and represent The Arc's mission
- Associate's degree (or higher) in Human Services or related field
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong initiative and ability to take ownership quickly
- Experience with employment programs, ACCES-VR, or OPWDD preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
