MANAGER

Division Manager

You will serve as Division Manager for the Corporate Business Office Division, overseeing and leading employees performing Corporate Planning, ERP Extended Business Office, Metrics, Analysis, Data Call, and Records Management functions.

You will collaborate with Warfare Center teams and technical experts to coordinate and analyze requirements for management information and business system processes, policies, and reporting for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division.

You will identify, manage and develop Business Analytics, Reports and Metrics to include administering the Data Call process, managing business data repository and data architecture.

You will identify reporting requirements from the Warfare Center and internal organizations, develop and maintain data architecture in support of reporting requirements, collect and provide data analysis and prepare and distribute reports.

You will provide data and analytics to decision making, and establish reporting requirements and guidelines.

You will oversee employees who are developing plans and procedures for implementing records management policies, regulations, retention schedules and other policy formulated by policy setting agencies.

You will conduct periodic records management quality control reviews, compliance audits, risk assessments and surveys to measure the effectiveness of the records management program, electronic records management systems and for program improvement.
