The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist / HR Manager who thrives in a hands‑on, high‑impact environment. In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Director of HR and leadership team to support employees across multiple states. The position focuses on HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys building structure, managing compliance, and supporting both field and corporate teams.
