Associate Commercial Litigation Attorney – Cleveland, OH Our client, a nationally recognized AMLAW 200 firm, is seeking an Associate Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their Cleveland office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle sophisticated matters while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr What You’ll Do: Represent clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters (excluding insurance defense). Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting discovery, and participating in depositions and hearings. Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on trial preparation and strategy. Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships. What We’re Looking For: 5–7 years of commercial litigation experience (non‑insurance defense). Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. A proactive, client‑focused mindset with the ability to foster lasting relationships. Admission to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility for admission).
