Front of House Manager- Restaurant on Main Street in Manayunk, 19127

We are seeking dynamic, experienced Front of House Manager for our busy restaurant.

Our restaurant is  high-volume, fast-paced, and full of energy . We serve food we’re proud of and deliver hospitality rooted in warmth and care. We are passionate about our craft—and we expect the same from you. Key Responsibilities

Staff Management

  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance development of team members.

Customer Service

  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensure guest satisfaction, and resolve concerns with professionalism.

Operations Oversight

  • Oversee daily service, maintain standards, and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Inventory Management

  • Assist with ordering, tracking inventory, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of supplies.

Financial Support

  • Contribute to monitoring sales, budgeting, and financial reporting as needed.

Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience : Prior restaurant leadership or supervisory experience required.

  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Leadership : Proven ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams.

  • Problem-Solving : Skilled at resolving conflicts and handling challenges effectively.

  • Organization : Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

  • Food Safety : Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

  • Customer Focus : A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
