Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional to join our team in a short-term acute care setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in acute care and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Details

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00)
Weekend Requirement: Rotation of one weekend per month, with compensatory time off on both sides.
Float Requirement: Yes, between units.
On-call Requirement: No.
Patient Ratios: Expectation of 8-9 patients per therapist.

Qualifications

Active state license (WA) required.
Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience is required; inpatient rehabilitation experience is a plus.
Must be a hard worker who is flexible and enjoys teamwork.
Experience with various patient conditions including multi-trauma, spinal cord injuries, strokes, surgical, orthopedic, and neurological disorders such as Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating and providing treatment across all hospital units, including Acute Care, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehabilitation. Responsibilities include:

Conduct assessments for both acute and chronic conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Be flexible to assist with additional cases as patient needs arise.
Maintain productivity standards while managing a diverse patient caseload.
