What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU setting
• Support high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Manage and support care in a busy 10-bed NICU and 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and care planning
• Support care continuity from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Participate in structured shifts, including extended hours, to ensure 24/7 coverage in the NICU

What You Need

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia or able to obtain one
• Neonatal specialization strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of neonatal ICU experience
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
