Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of recent nursing experience and will be required to float between different healthcare campuses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in Ohio or compact state.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience.
• Epic charting system experience preferred.
• Ability to float to Avita Ontario and Bucyrus campuses as needed.
• Must agree to and sign the Avita Traveler Expectations Document.
