McKenney Home Care is seeking a highly experienced, dependable caregiver for a private-duty home care case in the Naples 34108 / Pelican Bay area.

This case requires a Professional Caregiver with strong hands-on experience, clear spoken English is required , and the ability to provide calm, attentive support in a private home setting.

Required Ongoing Schedule: Applicants must be able to commit to this ongoing schedule and arrive rested and alert for the full overnight shift. Per company policy, caregivers may not work a day shift elsewhere immediately before this assignment. 
• Fridays: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Sundays: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are looking for a top-quality caregiver who is:
• Experienced in private-duty home care
• Reliable, patient, and professional
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts AWAKE Overnight
• Able to communicate clearly with the client, family, and office team
• Familiar with DNR care considerations and able to follow agency procedures
• Open to a family interview before placement
• Open to completing a training shift before being scheduled independently

Care may include:
• Safety monitoring and support
• Personal care assistance as needed
• Transfers or mobility support as outlined in the care plan
• Companionship and reassurance
• Reporting changes or concerns to the office team
• Following the client’s care plan carefully
• Accurate shift documentation

Qualifications
• Previous caregiving experience required
• HHA certificate, CNA license, or strong hands-on caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
• Current hands-on CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• TB test within the last 6 months or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
• Eligibility for Level 2 AHCA background screening
• Reliable, patient, professional, and able to communicate clearly
