Account Executive - Remarketing

Managing the implementation and onboarding of newly signed strategic remarketing accounts, the full-time Account Executive - Remarketing will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams and facilitating client meetings remotely. Key responsibilities Lead implementation and onboarding for new remarketing accounts, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to operations Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, managing resolutions effectively Monitor service performance and SLAs, proactively addressing issues and coordinating internal resources Required qualifications College degree or equivalent industry experience 3-5 years of experience in the wholesale and/or retail remarketing industry Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Knowledge of ARI internal systems and automotive remarketing industry Existing IARA Certification or ability to obtain certification
