About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** November 2, 2026 **Location:** Conroe, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts; day shift begins at 7:00 AM, night shift begins at 7:00 PM; every other weekend required; 1:4 patient ratio**Highlights:** - 30-bed Emergency Department with additional hall bed capacity serving a diverse patient population- Work with a collaborative team of 77 staff members including RNs, CNs, Paramedics, and LVNs- Utilize Meditech EMR system with modern equipment including Baxter IV pumps, GE Monitors, Ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and Belmont Rapid Infusers- Perform a full range of emergency procedures including moderate sedation, cardiac monitoring, NIH protocols, IV therapy, blood draws, and TNK administration- Structured shift staffing model ensures appropriate coverage and team support throughout the day- Opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care in a well-equipped facility**Requirements:** - Current Texas RN license in good standing- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification preferred- Previous emergency department experience strongly preferred- Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and ability to work as an effective team player**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This Emergency Department position offers the chance to join an experienced, supportive team committed to delivering exceptional patient care in critical situations.
