RN Supervisor - Internal Medicine Suites, Westwood The RN Supervisor (Ambulatory Care Patient Supervisor II) is responsible for assisting with the clinical management and administrative coordination of the Westwood Internal Medicine multidisciplinary licensed ambulatory practice. This role combines direct patient care with administrative leadership, providing day-to-day supervision of nursing staff while supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality patient-centered care. The RN Supervisor serves as a clinical leader, resource, and liaison between providers, nursing staff, and administrative leadership to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and optimal patient outcomes. Salary Range: $132,300- $307,100 / annually Qualifications Current CA RN License BSN or MSN Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross 3 years of recent acute care or ambulatory experience.
