Customer Service Representative

Thoroughbred Ford in Kansas City, MO is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer communications for the service department. This role is responsible for answering calls and emails, setting service appointments, and following up with customers to keep them connected to the dealership. What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and respond to internet inquiries promptly and professionally
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers who missed or need to reschedule
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers based on current marketing incentives and follow-up workflows
• Gauge customer satisfaction during and after interactions to identify concerns and opportunities
• Maintain an organized prospect and customer follow-up system to encourage repeat visits and referrals
• Work toward appointment-setting targets that support the service department's overall performance goals

What We're Looking For

• No automotive experience required; retail, restaurant, or hospitality backgrounds are a strong fit
• Strong computer skills required
• Familiarity with call center or customer service environments preferred
• Clear, persuasive communicator with a professional phone presence
• Prompt and courteous, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions without losing quality
