Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Location: Weatherford, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM, weekend rotation every other week.

Job Description: The Emergency Department (ED) is looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. The nurse will provide high-quality care to emergency patients and collaborate with the healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and triage patients in the emergency department.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience required.
• Current RN license in Texas (temporary license will not be accepted).
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
