Junior Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Junior Associate Attorney to join its team in Costa Mesa, CA. The successful candidate will play a key role in the employment litigation defense team, handling single plaintiff lawsuits and wage and hour class action/PAGA matters. This position involves direct client interaction and representation at various legal proceedings. Duties Defend single plaintiff lawsuits and wage and hour class action/PAGA matters. Collaborate with clients on strategic decisions. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and depositions. Manage case files and ensure timely progression of cases. Requirements JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. 2‑4 years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment law and wage and hour class action/PAGA background. Active California State Bar admission. Understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures. Education Graduate degree in law (JD). Certifications California State Bar admission. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
