Everly's is a beloved local ice cream parlor dedicated to serving high-quality, handcrafted ice cream and creating memorable experiences for our customers. We pride ourselves on offering a wide variety of flavors and toppings, made with the finest ingredients and served with a smile. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Shop Team Members. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the shop. Responsibilities: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed. Scoop ice cream, prepare cones, cups, sundaes, and other menu items with precision and care. Operate cash register or POS system to process transactions and handle payments securely. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shop, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Uphold food safety and hygiene practices at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests. Assist with opening and closing procedures as required. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be reliable and punctual.
