Project Manager

This is WITRON Join WITRON as a Project Manager This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end automated warehouse solutions to WITRON customers, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with contractual requirements. The Project Manager leads multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery while managing resources, budgets, and timelines. This role requires close collaboration with internal engineering teams, Site Managers, contractors, subcontractors, and customers to ensure seamless coordination across all project phases. During the construction phase, the Project Manager takes an active leadership role on-site, driving execution, aligning stakeholders, resolving issues, and ensuring the successful installation and integration of system components. This position demands strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex environment, balancing customer expectations, operational performance, and project profitability. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can effectively manage risk, communicate across diverse teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a heavy travel role and will require travel to Mebane, NC. Primary Responsibilities Manage multiple projects while meeting customer expectations and contractual milestones Oversee and coordinate requisitions for materials, equipment, and supplies Review and understand project plans, specifications, and contract requirements Develop and maintain reports on project progress, budget, and scheduling Lead project execution during the construction phase, working closely with Site Managers, contractors, and customers Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and quality standards Serve as the key point of contact between the customer, site teams, and internal stakeholders Proactively identify and resolve issues related to schedule, scope, and site conditions Lead and manage team members in a collaborative, team-based environment Ensure timely problem resolution and decision-making across project phases Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and third-party vendors Represent the company in project meetings and strategic planning discussions Education & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in construction, automation, or industrial environments Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred Proven experience managing projects through full lifecycle phases, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning Demonstrated success working in construction environments, coordinating with Site Managers, contractors, subcontractors, and customers, preferred Experience managing, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams Strong understanding of construction processes, installation sequencing, and field coordination Exposure to electrical and/or mechanical systems, industrial equipment, or automated systems preferred Why WITRON?
