Job Summary:
Responsible for processing orders via phone and/or email for real estate signs and merchandise with the additional responsibility of handling the occasional customer service complaints.

Speak clearly and professionally with customers
Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed
Enter data into the computer to determine total cost for the customer
Ensure quotes and website orders are processed in a timely manner
Email all quotes to customers for approval
Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates
Receive, research, and resolve customer complaints
Confer with production, shipping, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing/delayed shipments

Work Environment
Clerical, office setting. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and copiers.


Physical Demands
Largely sedentary role; some filing may be required (lifting files, opening filing cabinets, bending/standing on a stool as needed). May sit or stand as needed. May require walking on level surfaces for periods of time. Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.

Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours required to complete projects.
