What You’ll DoGuide customers through a consultative, relationship-driven sales process
Present and demonstrate products with confidence, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
Build value, overcome objections, and close deals professionally
Follow up with leads and nurture long-term customer relationships
Work closely with management and support teams to deliver a top-tier buying experience
Represent a well-established brand while helping launch and grow a brand-new location
Proven sales experience is required
(RV, automotive, powersports, banking, finance, or other commission-based sales backgrounds are all welcome)Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with structured sales processes and performance goals
Self-motivated, positive, and competitive—in a healthy, team-first way
Professional, coachable, and eager to grow with an expanding company
RV experience is not required —we can train product knowledge.
Sales experience and a winning mindset are a must.
