Outpatient Family Medicine Position with a Mission-Driven Organization Placing an Emphasis on HIV Treatment
Seeking a BC/BE family medicine physician for a Medical Director position and a Staff Physician position.
Practice Highlights
- Monday–Friday schedule with dedicated administrative time built into each day
- Medical Director position: two (2) clinical days and three (3) admin days per week
- Average 15–20 patients per day
- Phone call only, 1:6 rotation shared with APPs; nurse triage handles after-hours calls
- No hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities
- Must be comfortable treating HIV positive patients – experience not required, but preferred – training and mentorship provided
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary
- Staff Physician: up to $260,000 base salary
- Medical Director: up to $330,000 base salary
- Quarterly quality bonuses + board bonus
- Sign-on bonus + relocation allowance
- PSLF and HRSA Loan Repayment eligible
