Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning services to company standards
• Detail-oriented cleaning of contents
• Use and maintain professional cleaning equipment and supplies safely
• Follow cleaning checklists and job-specific instructions for each assignment
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members on job sites
• Ensure all work areas are left clean, organized, and customer-ready

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to pass a background check
