Project Manager

My client is a well established commercial specialty contractor in the Midwest with decades of experience across healthcare, retail, hospitality, office, industrial, and municipal markets. They self perform a wide range of interior construction scopes and have a strong presence across the Midwest. The Role They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate all phases of commercial interior construction projects from pre-bid through final closeout across multiple active projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule projects and attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and OAC meetings Develop and manage budgets, control schedules, and assist with job costing Manage day-to-day operations including subcontractor coordination, change orders, and safety compliance Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle Oversee field operations and prepare all closeout documents upon completion Qualifications Minimum 3 years of construction management experience across commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects Strong knowledge of construction systems, documents, and contract management Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and Outlook.
