We are all employee-owners at HDR, which is the foundation of our collaborative culture that connects employees around the world.ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Highway/Roads Project Manager, we'll count on you to:Manage Projects – specifically WisDOT projects, and Local Program Projects.Provide technical expertise, in particular on WisDOT Transportation ProjectsOversee the work of CAD Designers, and junior staff and mid-level staffMentoring of junior and mid-level staffPursue projects, assist with proposalsAssist in managing client relationshipsCollaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams Assist with project management responsibilities as Deputy PM (Optional)Attend events and conferences (Optional)Other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications8-10+ years experienceWisDOT project management experienceCivil3D Design and Modeling ExperienceQualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field 7 years related experience A minimum of 2 years project management experience Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
