Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (Little Rock, AR)

Axsome Therapeutics seeks a field-based Specialty Account Manager for its Long-Term Care division in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role focuses on driving product adoption across LTC facilities through strategic account management, relationship building, and disease state expertise within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies to drive product adoption across assigned LTC facilities
- Build and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and care coordination staff
- Engage with closed-door pharmacies, clinical pharmacists, case managers, and other LTC ecosystem stakeholders
- Develop and implement account-level commercial plans tailored to territory needs
- Monitor product performance at territory level and provide market intelligence
Requirements
- Proven field sales or account management experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings
- Strong ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and care coordinators
- Disease state knowledge or capacity to rapidly develop expertise in CNS conditions
- Proficiency with both virtual and in-person customer engagement strategies
- Territory-level business acumen and local market landscape assessment capabilities
