Technical Project Coordinator

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex engineering projects in a highly regulated technical environment. This individual will partner with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, vendors, finance, and customers to drive projects from concept through delivery. Responsibilities include project scheduling, resource coordination, procurement support, technical documentation, proposal development, vendor oversight, risk management, and customer engagement to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Candidates should be comfortable working cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities, and supporting both technical and business aspects of project execution. Pay ranges from $30-40/hr.
