Seeking a CO TA, Occupational Therapy Assistant to cover therapy services in Weston, FL 33327 in a Home Setting We are an outpatient therapy at home provider seeking passionate therapists to deliver top‑notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner Providing skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence Communicating with families, physicians, and other health care team members Keeping timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associate’s in Occupational Therapy – OTA. Education and/or Experience: Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study Actively Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant Lymphedema Certified‑CLT a plus but not required Job Type: PRN A PRN therapist is part of an on‑call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis. PRN is short for the Latin term “pro re nata,” which means “as needed.” As a PRN therapist, a therapy organization will send patient assignments for the therapist to follow the POC when they need an extra therapist to treat their patient load.
