Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive SR Technician to support product engineering activities within warehouse operations. This role will focus on expediting NG material swaps for the testing and repair team, as well as coordinating verification and repair requests for faulty PCBA and HV commodities.

The position requires a strong understanding of commodity demand and model-specific issues to ensure accurate material disposition and process flow. Additionally, the SR Technician will assist in inventory control, including cost management, aging analysis, and cycle counting.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Implement engineering instructions provided by engineers.

·       Assist in documenting processes and updating work instructions.

·       Support the application of best practices shared by team members to improve process performance.

·       Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives under supervision.

·       Perform inventory checks and cycle counts as instructed.

·       Generate tickets for material transfers and validate movements in SAP.

·       Monitor FIFO compliance and report discrepancies.

·       Assist in segregation of materials for repair, validation, scrap, and recovery.

·       Prepare internal reports for tracking material status and process compliance.

·       Capture and analyze basic data for failure analysis and process improvement.

·       Communicate effectively with internal customers and technical teams for timely support.

·       Enforce proper use of PPE and compliance with safety standards.

·       Report non-conformities and escalating issues beyond scope to senior engineers or supervisors.

·       Assist senior engineers in experiments and validation activities.

·       Participate in training sessions and request additional guidance when needed.

Candidate Requirements:

·       Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).

·       High school diploma or GED required

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or manufacturing.

·       Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

·       Expertise in inventory processes and material flow.

·       Skilled in handling and storing electronic materials.

Nice-to-Haves:

·       Experience in electronics or server manufacturing environments.

·       Bilingual (English/Spanish).

·       Lean Manufacturing experience

Work Environment:

·       Office/desk located within a climate-controlled warehouse or production floor

·       Frequent use of computers, barcode scanners, and office equipment

·       Occasional walking, lifting (up to 30 lbs), or light material handling

·       May require working flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays

·       Warehouse environment – can be noisy, fast-paced, and may require PPE

·       Standing, walking, and lifting throughout shift

Manual Dexterity:

Frequent use of hands for:

·       Typing/data entry/ production of reports Y emails

·       Handling shipping labels, scanners, documents

·       Operating RF scanners or handheld devices
