Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We’re looking for an SLP or an SLP-CF who has experience with AAC and a keen interest in pediatrics and school-based practice. You’ll have the flexibility to bring your teletherapy or in-person skills to a supportive environment that values your expertise.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active State Speech-Language Pathology licensure
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential
• Direct experience with school-aged children, preferably in elementary settings
• Proven skills working with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to elementary students
• Implement and manage AAC devices and strategies as appropriate
• Develop IEP goals in partnership with school teams, students, and families
• Track student progress and maintain accurate reporting and documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning
