Job Summary Lead sales, information gathering and the shopper tasting experience for HSP adult beverage clients at off‑premise (grocery) store events. This consumer‑facing role blends brand storytelling, shopper engagement and real‑time data capture. Brand Activators are the face of our clients in the store, delivering memorable tasting experiences and driving purchase intent through energy, product knowledge and professionalism. Core Responsibilities Engage shoppers about their adult beverage interests in a friendly, approachable manner. Share brand stories and product information for the beverages represented. Deliver a positive and memorable brand experience with energy and professionalism. Encourage purchase intent through confident, knowledgeable recommendations. Arrive on time, maintain a consistent presence, and execute assigned shifts. Monitor inventory levels and proactively reorder supplies via the HSP Shopify store. Keep the sampling station clean, organized and aligned with brand standards. Capture and log accurate sampling data using the HSP App and Portal. Submit event recaps the same day as each shift for timely client reporting. Use mobile tools to track and report event performance in real time. Required Qualifications Valid alcohol service certification required by state law (e.g., RBS, TABC, TX TABC). Confident and effective public communication skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned event locations. Availability for evenings, weekends and scheduled shifts. Basic comfort with technology, such as mobile apps for data logging and printing. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales, brand ambassador, or promotional marketing roles. Experience in retail, hospitality or other customer‑facing environments. Familiarity with beverage/alcohol brands and sampling events. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales or engagement goals. Experience with mobile apps or platforms for reporting and data entry. Strong product knowledge or quick learning ability to represent new brands confidently. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for up to 6 hours during an event shift.
