Shipping and Receiving clerk

Job Responsibilities Include:
• Data entry from manifests into company systems
• Scanning, uploading, and reporting documents
• Creating and updating Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
• General office duties including filing, answering phones, assisting visitors, and handling mail
• Creating shipping documents and processing USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipments
• Assisting Sales and Field Technical Services with paperwork, invoicing, and customer communication
• Reviewing and organizing manifests and confirming destinations
• Team communication using Microsoft Teams
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of office experience
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dispatching, transportation, or customer service experience is a plus
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
