Business Development ManagerWe are partnered with an established law firm based in Stuart, FL and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong experience in real estate or legal business development who is ready to contribute to a growing firm.The Real Estate Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving the firm’s growth, enhancing client relationships, and expanding market presence. This position supports the legal team by developing relationships with real estate agents, loan officers, mortgage brokers, and clients. Verbal and written Spanish skills are strongly preferred. The position primarily covers North Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties, so regular travel within these areas will be expected.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Collaborate with attorneys to support client acquisition and retention efforts.Cultivate relationships with referral sources and maintain strong connections with clients.Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify growth areas.Assist clients with real estate closing inquiries and ensure successful transactions.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in business development.This position offers a competitive annual salary and great benefits.
