Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Paducah, KY
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 10-Hour Shifts

Our client is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and evidence-based behavioral support. This is an opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, support families and caregivers, mentor clinical staff, and help clients achieve meaningful progress.
What You'll Do
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral treatment plans
Conduct clinical assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and EFL
Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and support staff development
Train staff and families on ABA techniques and behavior intervention plans
Develop parent-training goals and participate in family training
Monitor progress, establish measurable goals, and maintain clinical documentation
Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals
Mentor individuals pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher
Current BCBA or BCaBA certification
Valid Kentucky driver's license
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based behavioral practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
