Oracle ERP Architect

Responsibilities Lead requirement workshops, gather business needs, and define functional specifications for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (GL, AR, AP, FA, AHCS, Oracle Projects). Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design and validate functional design documents (FDDs). Drive full project lifecycle—design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize integrations and extensions. Review and author technical design documents, integration specifications, and TDDs. Present solutions and proposals to stakeholders, including architects, project managers, and finance teams. Support and troubleshoot across functional and technical areas throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an ERP or Solution Architect. 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle OIC, and Oracle EBS. 3+ years of techno‑functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including GL, AR, AP, FA, AHCS, Oracle Projects and related financial web services. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Functional Skills Strong understanding of finance and project accounting business processes. Ability to lead requirement workshops, gather business needs, and define functional specs. Knowledge of fit-gap analysis, solution design, and best practices for Oracle Financials. Experience reviewing and validating FDDs, process flows, and end‑to‑end solution designs. Technical Skills Expertise in data migration: FBDI, ADFdi, HDL, spreadsheets. Experience with OIC, PaaS extensions, VBCS, and ERP Cloud integrations. Strong reporting skills: OTBI, BI Publisher, and data models. Hands‑on design and development of integrations, extensions, and financial interfaces. Ability to review and author TDDs, technical architecture, and integration specs. Additional Expectations Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders. Ability to troubleshoot across functional and technical areas. Experience supporting the full project lifecycle—design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 a year.
