Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

Accounts Receivable

Monitor foreign currency bank account(s) and perform cash application for open accounts receivable on a bi-weekly basis; work directly with franchisees and customers to resolve account inquiries.

Maintain master store data (i.e. new franchisees, new stores, closed stores, transfers, etc.).

Ensure monthly actual sales are reported by franchisees and uploaded to KRise (our franchisee sales reporting platform) and follow-up with the UK Shared Services Control team or market teams on any unreported sales.

Strong computer skills: experience with JDE (or other Oracle ERP solutions) and Microsoft products a plus (such as Excel pivot tables and vlookups).

Experience with international customers / foreign currency conversion is a plus.

Experience in the QSR or retail environment a plus.

Comments for supplier: prefer someone with accounts receivable experience and cash application experience.
